Welcome to Backwoods Goat Milk Products LLC! Every order is carefully hand-packed with care from our farm to your home. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about processing times, shipping, tracking, local pickup, and package issues.

Order Processing

All orders are hand-packed and processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During busy seasons, holidays, product launches, or sales events, processing times may occasionally take a little longer. We truly appreciate your patience while we carefully prepare your products.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

We use a mix of trusted carriers including:

  • Additional shipping services available through Pirate Ship

Using Pirate Ship helps us find reliable shipping options, competitive rates, and tracking for every package.

Carrier selection may vary depending on package size, weight, destination, and delivery efficiency.


Shipping Rates

  • Orders under $45 ship for a flat rate of $7.50
  • Orders $45 and over qualify for free standard shipping

Shipping promotions or temporary sales may occasionally override these rates.


Estimated Delivery Times

After shipment, standard delivery typically takes approximately:

  • 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Holidays
  • High shipping volume periods
  • Transportation disruptions

Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, shipping speed and delivery timing are outside of our control.


Shipping Destinations

At this time, we ship only within the United States.

We currently do not offer international shipping.


CBD Product Shipping

Certain CBD products may have shipping restrictions depending on local or state regulations. By placing an order containing CBD products, customers confirm they are legally permitted to purchase these items in their location.

Backwoods Goat Milk Products LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse CBD orders that cannot legally be shipped.


Tracking Your Order

Once your package leaves our hands, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number and carrier information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier’s system.


Local Pickup

We offer local pickup for customers in our area.

If local pickup is available for your order, the option will appear during checkout. Once your order is ready, we’ll contact you with pickup instructions.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at . We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows your package as “Delivered” but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

  • Checking around your property and mailbox
  • Asking neighbors or household members
  • Contacting your local post office or carrier
  • Waiting 24 hours, as carriers sometimes scan packages before final delivery

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Backwoods Goat Milk Products LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

However, we understand these situations can be frustrating and will gladly assist customers with carrier claims whenever reasonably possible.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

Claims submitted without photos may not qualify for replacement or refund.

We review damage claims on a case-by-case basis and will work toward a fair resolution whenever possible.


Delayed Shipments

While we do our best to ship promptly, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Severe weather
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Holiday shipping volume
  • Incorrect shipping information
  • Operational delays outside our control

We appreciate your patience and understanding during these situations.


Order Responsibility

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier and tracking information has been provided, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier and customer.
